Leo=Cure to Tight/Sore Muscles

  I have been dealing with chronic back pain most of my adult life. I have seen all the doctors and they all say the same thing. "You need to lose weight and strengthen your core muscles". Well, that is all well and good however, when I try to start even a light workout regimen, my back goes into spasms and then there is no more workout. This turns into depression and results in eating more; a viscous cycle indeed.

  In steps our hero, Leo Atreides. Since I have had this back pain for so long, I have seen many massage therapists and chiropractors and none of them have come close to the quality of massage that Leo gives. Leo has developed his own unique style of massage by combining many techniques and then tweaking them to make them his own. I have never had a masseuse who could pinpoint a tight muscle and follow it to a spot that didn't even know was sore and then tell me that this was the source of the pain I felt elsewhere. His knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology is vital in allowing him to loosen the right muscles to give relief.

  Many masseuses have similar knowledge but lack the strength to manipulate the muscle. Once again steps in our hero. I have had masseuses that use their elbows and most of their weight to penetrate the muscle and they still can't match Leo. He doesn't use his elbows; he uses his hands which few people can do with that kind of force. The great thing about the fact that he uses his hands is that he can really manipulate the muscles where if he were using his elbows, it would just be pressure. This strength coupled with his techniques has helped me through some rough times.

  One particular time comes to mind when my back had gotten really bad from an accident at work. I missed 4 days of work and I was so medicated, I could barely feed myself. I was not getting any better and had been doing what the doctor said to do for 5 days. I went to see Leo and he had his table out as well as his chair. He took one look at me and said "on the table". I asked for 30 minutes and he started to work. He was amazed at the knots I had throughout my back and then told me to turn over. He told me that he thought I was suffering so much from muscles in the front more than the ones in the back. He was right! He worked on the front and then flipped me over and worked on my back. He kept loosening things up and then finding more and I was feeling so much relief that I didn't realize that Leo had been at it for about an hour. When I got up, I felt 1000 times better than I had been. Leo didn't ask for an hours worth of pay, but I insisted. He cared so much about me feeling better that he was going to just let it go. Well, as much as it helped me out, I would have paid for 2 hours and given a hefty tip.

  I hope you all will try a massage from Leo, I can't stress enough that he is the BEST masseuse I have ever seen and he really helps me get through my knotty times. I am sure he can help you too!
