Both
client and therapist will receive
a 5 minute window of tardiness
to allow for time differences.
Any
time after that will still be reserved for the client but the clock
will begin to count down.
Ex. John has a 15 minute appointment but is 10 minutes late. John will
still be able to enjoy the last 10 minutes of his treatment.
And
if the therapist is more than 5 minutes late any tardiness after that
will be given back free for the time allotted.
Ex.
John has a 15 minute appointment but the therapist
is 10 minutes late.
John will receive $ 5 off his treatment.
And
if we completely miss your appointment then you will be reimbursed with
a future treatment for the same time allotment.
And
in that same vein of respect we will only ask that you honor your time
requested. Even if you miss the appointment your therapist did fill
your request out on the schedule and was waiting
for you to arrive.
So
if we miss an appointment with John then he will get
a free treatment for the same amount of time.
If John on the other hand is unable to make his appointment, which
can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before,
then John will be asked to pay for the appointment.
This
policy is basically to establish an agreement that will help respect
the time of both the client and the therapist as well.
